Froedtert Manitowoc Medical Group (FMMG) has retained AMGA Executive Recruitment to recruit a physician executive in the newly created role of Medical Group President for a recently acquired medical group. 

FMMG is a multispecialty medical group with more than 80 providers and serves the Manitowoc, Wisconsin area with six practice sites. Services provided include primary care, OB/GYN, general surgery, musculoskeletal, behavioral health, and urgent care, as well as hospitalists, emergency department, post-acute care, geriatrics and anesthesia.

Position Overview
The Medical Group President will provide counsel and leadership to ensure achievement of excellence standards and growth goals for the group, as well as foster and nurture the practice culture. This individual will lead clinical operations of FMMG to a vanguard model of patient care working in collaboration with the Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin enterprise practice leadership and the Manitowoc market President.

The Medical Group President will be responsible for building a cohesive, high-performing medical group that is focused on service excellence and continuous improvement, as well as overseeing clinical operations, quality, patient care outcomes and access to care at all FMMG clinic sites. In addition, the President will lead care redesign, physician, and advance practice provider (APP) recruitment, oversee all matters related to provider performance, and enhance a culture that promotes the highest quality of care across all sites. 

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will be accomplished and transformational physician leaders with a strong analytical skill set and the ability to develop creative and strategic recommendations. Minimum of five or more years of clinical practice and/or equivalent leadership experience, participation in a leadership role in medical staff organization activities, and/or management experience within a health care delivery system.
