Overview
Atlantic Health System part of Atlantic Medical Group seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant at Hillsborough NJ.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- The Certified Medical Assistant(CMA) will perform clinical as well as administrative functions i.e. manage patient flow, perform vital signs, patient intake.
- Will also oversee alll aspects of rooming patients, handle patient messages and communication, administer immunizations to adult and pediatric patient population.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will maintain exam room and supplies, register and schedule patients in a practice management system and other duties typical of a CMA in a physician practice.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High school Diploma required
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of CMA experience preferred
License/Certification:
- Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP or NHA required
