Rheumatologist- New York City   

Northwell Health’s Division of Rheumatology is seeking a BE/BC Rheumatologist to join our team at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.

The Division of Rheumatology, consisting of over 50 rheumatologists throughout the New York area, is on the leading edge of its field. With major diagnostic and therapeutic advances over the last two decades, we have greatly improved the outlook for patients with diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, vasculitis, lupus, myositis, gout and scleroderma. Our division integrates the latest research findings into clinical practice and offers students a unique bedside view of this expanding area of specialization.  The focus will be on outpatient activities, but inpatient consultations, teaching, and scholarly work may be available.  Despite the broad geographic distribution of our physicians, we have a common administration, electronic record, and weekly virtual educational events.

Lenox Hill Hospital, a 652- bed, acute care hospital located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, has earned a national reputation for outstanding patient care and innovative medical and surgical treatments. Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
