Optum is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Redlands, Highland, Beaumont, CA. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing high quality care locally.

Position Details:

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
• Average census is ~2 patients per hour
• See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
• Full Time: 4 X 10 hour shifts weekly

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an urgent care or rural health clinic setting
• Unrestricted CA PA/NP License
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• EMR Proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent or medical Spanish speaking ability

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $120,000 to $150,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
