Location: Arlington, WA/Everett WA

Hours:

• 2 days per week- Flexible schedule- 18 hours of patient care per week
• After hours/weekend call- 1 week every 12 weeks 5 pm- 10 pm weekdays and WIC hours on weekend – mostly phone 
• Very light call- mostly phone, rarely see a patient in clinic on weekends

Your Practice:

• 6 ophthalmologists covering Retina, Cornea, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics. In addition, neuro-ophthalmologist in dept of neuro.
• All of our current doctors live in North Seattle, Edmonds or Bellevue/Kirkland – reverse commute 
• Epic EMR
• 3 Techs per physician (use one as scribe if you wish) 
• Some virtual visits possible if desired 
• 25-35 patients per day
• Current oculoplastic surgeon with 4 month wait, walk into established, busy practice 

Required Qualifications: 

• A degree in medicine from an accredited school and completion Ophthalmology Residency
• Board eligible or certified
• Unrestricted license to practice in Washington State
• Meets regular CME guidelines
• Maintain ACLS and PALS certifications
• Open to new graduates
• Fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Skull experience

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $344,240 to $525,600. The range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
