Emergency Medicine Medical Director Opportunity The Medical Director over the Benefis Emergency Department provides medical leadership to providers in collaboration with operations directors and department management.  This may include: establishing patient care standards and operating procedures and overseeing the implementation, coordination, evaluation and promotion of the Department’s medical services.  The Medical Director guides the Department in areas of quality, patient experience, education, oversight of trauma services as pertains to the Department’s responsibilities and Emergency Department provider performance monitoring.
