Position PurposeIn partnership with a physician dyad partner, oversees primary care clinical operations across the Allina Health System with accountability that includes operational optimization and care redesign. Develops strategies and objectives for improving patient care, satisfaction, and quality. Implements division wide initiatives and aligns change management and physician strategies to ensure desired outcomes. Defines and develops clinic processes and practices to ensure cost effective, high quality, comprehensive health services are delivered.
