The primary care women's health physician medical director will provide direct patient care and work as a member of an expanded healthcare team (social worker, dietician, clinical pharmacist, behavioral health clinician, and a care manager) to oversee and coordinate care for a population of Veterans in a group practice setting using the new Patient Aligned Care Team model. As Medical Director, will supervisor 2 providers and collaborate as needed with the Women Veteran Program Manager. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
