OSF HealthCare is seeking a full-time Primary Care physician to join a compassionate and tight-knit team in Streator, Illinois. You will focus on outpatient care at The Center for Health, which provides full-spectrum of medical and social services including primary care, urgent care, cardiovascular services and testing, orthopedics, general surgery, OB, podiatry, rehab services, x-ray, laboratory, respiratory, infusion services, community education, a mobile Care-a-Van bringing healthcare to marginalized areas, and other diagnostic services as well as a freestanding emergency department within the facility.
