Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our established practice at our Windsor location in Urbana, Illinois.

Practice Opportunity Details Include:

100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
Join a team of 3 physicians, 3 APPs and excellent support staff
Team based care model for patient care
In addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy
Teaching opportunities available through Carle Foundation Hospital’s accredited Internal Medicine residency program and the Carle Illinois College of Medicine
Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care is optional
Opportunity for research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine with support staff to help with research and publications if desired
