As a Physician, you would be eligible for productivity upside earning potential and may be eligible for quality incentives based on your region and specialty. Your day.

As a Geriatric Specialist in our Long Term Care practice, youâ™ll work collaboratively with 7 additional providers, to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with 6 APPs, 1 collaborative physician, and numerous skilled and nursing home facilities within the community.

• You would practice at our Long Term Care clinic in Billings, MT. 


• Your clinic hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm (this is flexible).


• Your call schedule is 1:4, with all calls being taken from home. The Hospitalist department takes call and admits patients over the weekend and during the evenings on weekdays. 


• You will work in a busy practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting providers, and nursing staff.


• You'l have the opportunity to develop and build upon an existing program. No shortage of patients.      

Your experience.

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• American board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.


• Completed or in the process of completing a Geriatrics Fellowship


• Montana medical license.  


• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Itâ™s also a big plus if you have:

• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team. 


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 


• Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.


• Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
