Overview

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Practice Program Coordinator to join our Hospitalist Team team. This position will support our Hospitalist team at our Boise and Meridian facilities.

Position SummaryUnder general supervision, provides support and infrastructure to programs led by, and in collaboration with stakeholders; development, implementation and evaluation of the programs, events and processes related to work within the programs. Also serves as the coordinator and lead resource for physician leaders who are working within the Service Line.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact with the Service Line programs for internal and external customers.
• Assists with management of team projects to ensure successful completion and implementation throughout their areas.
• Develops, implements and evaluates programs based on material, activities and progress. Prepares reports and meets with stakeholders regularly.
• Interacts with office staff, leaders, employers, management, physicians, board members and public.
• Collects, validates and reports the key performance indicators of each program.
• Prepares leader's correspondence, manages incoming correspondence, routes appropriately, and follows up to ensure replies are completed. Organizes flow of information to maximize timeliness of feedback.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external departments/areas.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years' relevant experience required.
• Experience: 2 years' relevant experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required.
