We prize a balance of professional satisfaction and quality of life in our work and family time. We have a collegial environment with a 4-day work week with a weekday off every week. A national triage call center handles evening calls, and we provide backup support to them as needed [1:10 rotation]. We round at one hospital - Newborn nursery visits ONLY [1:10 weekly rotation].
