Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice in Canby, Oregon. You'll be part of a team-based, integrated care model working closely with a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist and nursing staff to provide exceptional, coordinated care to patients and families. With a clinic expansion in 2020, there are now 13 exam rooms, a procedure room, a consult room, and physical therapy and diagnostic imaging onsite. The new space serves as a medical hub for families and aging adults in a fast-growing community in the Willamette Valley.
