The Geriatric & Extended Care Physician will provide quality provide high quality patient centered care to Veterans assigned at the Community Living Center, Home Based Primary Care, Hospital In Home, Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) clinic and Palliative/Hospice Care Services at the Kerrville VA Medical Center, Kerrville, Texas.
