Saint Joseph Physician Network (SJPN), has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice located in Plymouth, Indiana. The patient population is predominantly 19 years old and older, with a majority of patients who are in the 46-55 age range. The practice sees Pediatrics through Geriatrics. Usual onsite procedures such as EKG, skin tag and mole removal, stitches, pap smears, vaccines and joint injections can be performed. The practice has CLIA for lab services.The selected physician will practice in a beautiful new facility built in 2010. The suite was built out and moved January 2014 and is newer than the building. There are six exam rooms and one procedure room.Service
