PM&R INPATIENT JOB DESCRIPTION

• No call - IM physicians admit patients
• Employed position with TeamHealth or option to be independent contractor
• See 15 - 18 patients immediately
• Great relationship with Christiana Care Health System comprised of over 1,100 beds

PRACTICE MODEL
 
PM&R Physician has option of employed model with TeamHealth or practice as an independent contractor. PM&R physician will be the consulting physician while IM/Hospitalists admit. Encompass Health hospitals are extremely busy with high patient volumes - Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
