Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as Pediatric Residency Program Director and build on our program’s legacy as a premier training program in pediatrics. Our residents are highly accomplished and diverse, hailing from across the country, representing 59 unique medical schools, and choosing a broad range of career paths. We currently train 99 pediatric residents and three chief residents per year and offer tracks for physician-scientists as well as child neurologists. We host active certificate programs in Advocacy and Population Health, Global Health, Medical Education, Primary Care & Community Health, and Bioethics. We seek program director applicants with strong interest and robust experience in medical education. The ideal candidate will have a history of increasing leadership responsibilities and join a talented team of associate program directors. Applicants must be board certified in Pediatrics and will be appointed on the Clinician Educator, non-tenure eligible track. Rank will be commensurate with experience and record of accomplishment.
