DescriptionCHRISTUS St. Vincent is seeking fulltime Family Medicine physician.  This physician will develop and document a plan of care for each patient, including a complete medical history, a physical examination, and diagnosis of the causes of injuries and illnesses, appropriate treatment and/or referral, and hospital visitations when necessary. Additionally this physician will make informed diagnostic and therapeutic decisions based on patient information, current scientific evidence, clinical judgment and patient preference. Other daily duties will include prescribing and performing competently all medical procedures considered essential for the scope of practice.We are a not-for-profit integrated health system located in the beautiful mountain-west
