Mercy Health Physician Partners (MHPP) has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Med-Peds physician to join our Innovative Primary Care team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.The selected candidate will join a robust practice of three physicians and three APPs and will be working with patients from newborns to geriatrics. The clinical care team currently consists of four RNs, nine 9 MAs, three front office employees, a chronic care manager and a Pharmacist. This practice is a non-traditional innovative office - always testing new ideas. Interested candidates must be comfortable with complex chronic disease (existing panel of approximately 1,400 patients).The schedule for this outpatient only opportunity
