This is a unique opportunity to join South County Health, under new leadership, in the early stages of our Next Century Strategic Plan. The Chief Medical Officer, Vice President, South County Medical Group (CMO, VP/SCMG) is a valued member of the Hospital’s Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Healthcare System’s President and CEO this individual must be a highly influential physician executive, working closely with medical staff leaders, executives, and South County Medical Group physician leaders. Under the direction of the President/CEO and within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, the CMO, VP/SCMG develops an effective medical staff and medical group culture to most optimally serve the needs of the community
