Candidate should be comfortable managing heart failure patients. The Cardiologist will participate in inpatient and outpatient quality care, teaching, and research related to cardiovascular diseases. Candidate will apply national and VA guidelines to patient screening, surveillance and management of cardiovascular diseases. Position requires candidate to work as an attending physician, responsible for supervising U of Louisville training programs- Internal Medicine and Cardiology fellowship.
