Serve as a primary care physician/provider for a panel of patients. He/She is responsible for the continuing management of assigned patients to include examination, medical care management, coordination of consultation, referral of patients, development and operation of quality assurance and utilization programs including peer reviews, community clinic physicians and services and physicians in Jacksonville Outpatient Clinic of North Florida/South Georgia regions. Candidate would provide comprehensive Primary Care, including Women's Health, in an office setting utilizing both traditional face to face and virtual/video modalities.
