The Ohio State University, Division of Human Genetics is seeking dynamic genetic counselors for faculty positions in our well-established and nationally recognized cardiogenetic and cancer genetic programs. The Division, housed within the Department of Internal Medicine, has a current team of 3 MD faculty members, 4 PhD faculty members, and 15 genetic counselor faculty members; all dedicated to academic clinical practice, education, and translational research in adult genetic specialties. Our genetic counselors collaborate closely with physicians and staff throughout our medical center. Come be a part of our nationally recognized team.
Responsibilities include active participation in the provision of clinical genetic services in our cardiogenetic or gastrointestinal cancer clinic and participation in clinical and translational research. Additional responsibilities include teaching genetic counseling graduate students, medical students, residents, and fellows.

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC accredited graduate program and be board certified (or eligible) by the ABGC or ABMG.
