Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs
The Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs should have an informed vision of what skills, expertise and knowledge will be needed by the osteopathic physician of the future and the curriculum needed to provide these. The Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs, working with the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs and the Clinical Affairs department, will have exceptional interpersonal skills to successfully work with a variety of professionals in growing, leading, and improving the clinical experiences for third- and fourth-year medical students. Responsibility is for the entire clinical education curriculum and the Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs will work closely with senior administrative collaborators, such as the Assistant Dean of GME and the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
