Position Summary: The COO is administratively responsible and accountable for the planning and direction of clinical, financial, and operational activities that will ensure the high quality and cost effective care delivery services and programs at assigned business unit. The incumbent interprets and develops patient care standards, provisions of quality health services, resource allocation, and fiscal management.
