The Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Bedford, MA is looking for dedicated, compassionate Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians to join their dynamic healthcare team.
We have a full time primary care physician opening that will split working at the Bedford VA (2 days per week) and at the Haverhill Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) (3 days per week).
We also have a full time primary care physician opening at the Gloucester, MA CBOC and at the Lynn, MA CBOC.
The Primary Care Provider serves as a practicing physician who is responsible for the overall management of patients enrolled for healthcare services provided by the Bedford, MA VA.
The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to a defined panel of patients. Average panel size is around 1200. This includes history taking, physical examination, ordering of laboratories and diagnostic studies, diagnosis, and formulation of treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions within the scope of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine practice and co-ordination of care across services. Cross coverage as needed.
You will work in a team setting with other physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and support staff assigned to perform duties to accomplish the treatment of our patients.
Work Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with no call.
Salary Range: Up to $225,000 per year
Selected candidate may be eligible for student loan repayment through the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP). Participation is based on funds availability.

English language proficiency: Must be proficient in spoken and written English
Physical standards: All applicants must meet the physical standards for the position. A physical examination prior to employment may be required.
Licensure and Registration: Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States or in the District of Columbia.
Educational requirements: Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
