| Des Moines University seeks an Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs. The Associate Dean will report to the Dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine and is responsible for oversight of the 3rd and 4th years of the clinical education in the D.O. curriculum. The position requires oversite and execution of academic, administrative, financial and public relation functions of Clinical Affairs in the College of Osteopathic Medicine. This includes recruitment of new sites, clinical site placement, residency match education, assisting in clinical faculty development, securing/renewing affiliation agreements, and ensuring compliance with Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation standards. Candidates must be able to manage Clinical Affairs staff and provide continuous quality improvement. |
